I have tried several foundations on my journey to finding "the perfect one". What I can say is I have found more than one favourite and I am going to share a bit of information about 4 of them here today. I have decided to share about the Revlon Colorstay Liquid Foundation, Maybelline Fit-Me Foundation, Vault "Everything" Liquid Foundation , and the Vault Full Coverage Foundation. These are foundations that I love, among other ones of course. Celltone Gel, Johnson's Cleansing Bar & Johnson's Day Cream I always say that skin care is very important. Looking good starts with beautiful perfect flawless skin. Sounds impossible, right? I am here to tell you that it is not impossible to get beautiful flawless skin. With the right products and proper care it is very possible to achieve. I have experimented with several products, some worked, some hmm not so much. But you do not give up, especially when aiming for perfection. I recently decide to introduce 2 new ranges to my beauty regimen. I decided to give the Johnson's Skin Care range a try, and also the much talked about Celltone GEL. The Johnson's Face Care Even Complexion range is said to be, "...specially formulated to help improve your skin's natural complexion and help reduce the appearance of dark marks and blemishes...".  I am using the Johnson's Even complexion cleansing bar to cleanse my face. I also love perfumes with fruity undertones and a lingering sweet scent. Which is why I have listed Chance by Chanel, Si by Giogio Armani and Loverdose by Diesel as my current favourite perfumes. I have been switching between these perfumes for a while now and I enjoy them equally even though they are all different. Chance EAU  by Chanel has a fresh scent as the name suggests. The freshness dominates the fruity lemony scent that it also has. I also love how I turn heads with this one haha. Si by Giogio Armani has a musky, woody and sweet scent. It's really musky and woody when first spraying it, but it graduates into a sweet scent afterwards. Though finding the perfect one can be really hard at times. I think that I have found my perfect match, though I am still looking for more haha. However, I normally use  M.A.C Faux A25 lipstick, Maybelline New York Colorsensational Lucious lip gloss Tempting Toffee 660 , L.A Colors High Shine lip Gloss Doll Face CLG934 and NYX Mega Shine lip gloss Natural LG122 (Shown in the picture). I love all of these colours.  I usually use lip gloss instead of lipstick, which is why there is only one lipstick that I have mentioned here. The M.A.C Faux A25 has a dusty pink undertone. Let's talk about coconut oil. Wow, I am sure that this is a favourite for many. Virgin unrefined coconut oil is definitely a favourite of mine. I use it everyday and for different things . For starters, I have 4C hair therefore I use it regularly and my hair loves it. After applying it my hair feels soft and  is more manageable. However, I often use it along with a moisturiser. Usually I use it with water. I put the water in a spritz bottle and then just spray a bit on the hair, without necessarily soaking it. But you can also use a hair moisturiser  of your choice. Coconut oil helps to seal in moisture, so if hair is not properly moisturised dryness will be sealed in instead, and the hair will become brittle and break. I also use coconut oil on my skin. I recently found out that coconut oil can clear skin blemishes. I really did not know that, so I decided to put it to the test. My underarms had a bit of discolouration. Growing up I had a lot of insecurities, and ultimately lacked confidence in myself. I did not believe I was good enough for anything, and always tried to get people to accept me without necessarily understanding me or what I was really about. Instead of fitting in I became a misfit. HELLO! My last post was about skin care, and I made reference to Rose water and how I use it as a toner after cleansing my face. As a toner I think it gets the job done, however, there are some things that I do not particularly like about using Rose water in general.   Before I started using it I read several reviews about how Rose water should be a beauty essential for everyone, about how it’s magic in a bottle etc. In a way it is magic in a bottle and a beauty essential mainly because it can be used on both the skin and hair. My Dudu Osun Black Soap Hey there! I hope that I find you all well. I have decided to write something on skincare, specifically dealing with blackheads, breakouts, scars, acne and clearing dark marks. So after I wrote it I started to think of the reasons why sometimes one might feel the need to apply layer upon layer of makeup.
